This really helped with my neck and back pain. It is a very non-traditional therapy but it works wonders. I would highly recommend this for people who have pain related to sitting for long periods of time

Monty is wonderful. I have had hip pain for 5 years. After sitting for extended periods of time, when I would stand up, I would feel like a 90 year old women (I'm only 50). Monty did the positional therapy on my hips and they haven't hurt since. A tremendous improvement. He also worked on my shoulders and neck at my last appointment and they are feeling much better too. I have not gone yet for a "traditional" massage but I'm looking forward to it. My elderly mother went yesterday and said it was fantastic. Thanks Monty!!
